Azores Bio Gorreana Black Premium Selection Tea

Organic black tea, planted exclusively on the top of the mountain of the Gorreana plantations, where the air is colder and more humid, where the plant is not in direct contact with sunlight. The tea is only harvested at the time of year when there is more fog, precisely at the end of June and beginning of July.

The result is a rare Orange Pekoe tea, of high quality and with more refined and very delicate aromas and flavours.

The terroir or tea garden of Gorrena -Azores, Portugal, is practically the only tea garden in Europe, and the oldest, producing tea since 1883 until today and having a completely artisanal and organic process (free from insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, dyes and preservatives).
