5 Main Differences Between Loose Tea & Sachet Tea:
1. FLAVOUR: it is one of the characteristics that will differentiate loose tea from sachet tea, while loose tea is composed of whole or broken leaves, sachet tea is composed of leaves whose processing involves transforming them practically into powder. It is this processing used in the sachets that will destroy the essential oils naturally present in the tea, taking away all the flavor of a beautiful cup of tea. However, all types of tea should be stored in a dark, cool, and dry place without direct sun exposure and no contact with sources of moisture and heat.
3. PREPARATION: due to its main characteristic, ready-to-use, tea in a sachet does not require an infuser in its preparation.
